360 Feedback
360 Degree Feedback is a system or process in which employees request and receive feedback from the people who work around them. This typically includes the employee's manager, peers, and direct reports.
In Fego, we automated the process of feedback collection in a simple and effective way. Here an employee can perform 360 feedback, analyze their performance, and use it for their performance appraisal. That helps both the company and the employee to improve their performance and to find the areas where they hold advantage and where they lack.
Goals & Appraisal
Goal setting involves establishing specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-targeted (S.M.A.R.T) goals. Goals management is important for employees and the company to work efficiently, improve skills, and achieve targets within a fixed time.
In Fego, an employee can set self goals for a cycle, then send the goals to the manager. The manager can make changes when necessary and send them back to the employee. The manager approves the goal when it is ready. The conversation continues until the manager and employee arrive at a decision on which goals to achieve for that cycle.
Fego is a performance management system that consists of two integrated modules: 360 Degree Feedback and Goals Management. You may use both in combination, or just pick the one you need, and disable the others.
KRA
Key Responsibility/Result Areas are the areas of performance (i.e. which outline the profile of the employee).
They in short outline the tasks that the employee has to perform and define the work that is expected out of them.
Fego helps organizations to assign KRA to their workforces based on their roles and effectively monitor their performance through appraisal.
